His parents was fine cooks, Christophe Cabassu impassions himself for cookingof his childhood. He learn with a “Maître Cuisinier” and improves in quality establishments.

He always dreams of having his restaurant, and shares with Laurence, his wife, the passion of her trade, and this restaurant was the realization.
